DISEC

General Assembly: Weapon Usage and Terrorism

Committee Descriptions:

The Disarmament and International Security Committee (DISEC) at the United Nations is a pivotal body addressing global concerns related to terrorism and illegal weapon usage. Comprising member states, DISEC plays a crucial role in formulating resolutions to promote international peace and security. DISEC becomes the primary arena for delegates to engage in diplomatic discourse and propose viable solutions. Delegates will navigate complex issues, discussing disarmament strategies, counterterrorism measures, and collaborative efforts to curb the illicit trade of weapons.

The Chair is excited to meet all of the delegates at BSSMUN 2023! If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at bssmun@bss.on.ca
